The SPIRIT range
has developed the long, slim, easily driven hull form, which has
been appreciated for years, to a particularly high degree using
under water body form, keel and rudder configuration proven over
the last decade, resulting in beautiful high-performance yachts
with an extraordinary degree of balance.
The
yachts are fitted with a high aspect fully-battened mainsail, which
reduces flogging whilst tacking, maintains a fully efficient shape
in very light airs, and when combined with lazy-jacks allows for
a self-stowing capability. It also considerably increases the competitive
life of the sail.
